Cara Frosch, MBA, PA

Cara Frosch serves as the Chief Business Officer for Pearl Pathways and has over 25 years of diversified biopharmaceutical and medical device development experience in human and animal health. As a Physician Assistant (PA) with an MBA, she has spent most of her professional career working in small and large sponsor companies which included Abbott, BioVeris, MedImmune, and Eli Lilly and Company / Elanco. In the service provider sector, Cara had leadership responsibility for a global staff of over 300 at a multinational clinical research organization (CRO) as the Vice President of Clinical Trial Management.

After a short stint in clinical practice, Cara held roles of increasing responsibility in virtually every phase of product development, from diagnostic assay development and global regulatory affairs to clinical research operations and corporate strategic planning. Her innovative approach to portfolio and project management, market intelligence tools, data analytics, and process improvement has resulted in many achievements including lowering late-phase attrition rates, streamlining overall development timelines, and optimizing portfolio and project management processes.  Most recently, Cara has been engaged in the marketing, commercialization, and strategic planning aspects of new product development.
