Deborah Kurtock, MT (ASCP)

Deborah Kurtock, MT (ASCP) serves as a Senior Clinical Research Advisor for Pearl Pathways. Deborah has over 20+ years of clinical research experience in IVD clinical and evaluation type trials. Previously, she served as the CRO Manager for Roche Diagnostics and was also the Global Director for the CRA team in the Centralized Diagnostics business unit.

Deborah is adept at protocol development, SOP quality systems, negotiating contracts and budgets and site audits. She has also participated in several FDA audits for premarket approval (PMA) applications. As a Senior Clinical Research Advisor for Pearl, Deborah provides clinical monitoring services for clients, good clinical practice (GCP) and site selection management, identifies and develops new tools for clinical research use, and also trains and mentors new internal and external clinical team members.
